I know some people can get lvl 15 in like 5 or 8 days, but I was on my own, new to game, no money. Read about lvling targets on day 3 or 4, before that spent almost all E on looting the dump and training with minimum happy. So I'm pretty proud of the fact that I was able to get lvl 15 under 20 days.

1) Do I gain exp from assisting in attack? I'm attacking lvling targets the second they get out of the hospital, but sometimes someone else get last hit and I'm only assisting. Am I getting anything?
2) what are job trains? I always hear that they are free, or not free, that I as a newbie should get those trains. But what are they? What button I should click to get them? I suppose that it is such a dumb question, because I never see any explanation in forum.

I'm new, but very active, consistent and participating player.
I reached lvl 15 a couple of days ago (by the age of 19).
I'm looking for a good, really good (if possible one of the best) faction which will be ready to advise and support me and watch me grow fast af.
By current battle stars are pretty low, but it's not for long.
I will be happy to participate in warring, chaining and any other stuff which requires team play and being active
My main advantage is activity. I'm logging in 10+ times a day, never waste E (except sleeping time).
