It has come to our attention that members of the Anti-Pooper Association (APA) have initiated a coordinated campaign of targeted bounties, muggings, and hospitalizations against our members. While rivalry is a natural part of Torn City's ecosystem, the current level of unprovoked harassment has disrupted our community's standard operations.
Final Warning & Terms of Engagement
Effective immediately, the TPA is issuing a formal warning to the leadership and roster of the APA. If the targeted aggression does not cease, we are prepared to authorize full retaliatory countermeasures, including:
Coordinated Retaliation: Sustained hospitalization campaigns against active APA members.
Bounty Placements: Systemic bounty listings on APA leadership to restrict training and travel.
Faction Deterrents: Interruption of competitive chains and organized crimes.
Our Stance
The TPA prefers peaceful coexistence and standard gameplay. However, we will not tolerate persistent harassment. We highly advise the APA leadership to rein in their members and redirect their focus toward standard city objectives. Consider this our final diplomatic effort before full escalation.
