So I'm new and all and my skills start at one. I do crime and it goes up. simple. But the progress bar randomly goes back to 0 and my skill level goes back to 1. Example: I've done lots of shoplifting and i set up 2 card skimmers. after those 2 skimmer and retreiving one, my skill bar was set back to 0. my shoplifting is now half a bar because ive recently stolen, however prior it was back to 0.
Other skills seem to be retained though like bootlegging and searching for cash.
