Under missions, information is displayed where George is congratulating me for having completed his tutorial. At the bottom of the page are "available rewards." When you tap on one, it expands to show the items details. However, when you tap in the area where the expansion occurred, to scroll or to rotate the 3D display of the item, the area re-collapses, preventing you from interacting with it or reviewing the information.

I am RichieTycoon. I am on mobile (android). It seems my icons are displaying differently, and most importantly, the city icon is missing. I can't go anywhere. Please help. Thank you.
By the way, a tried refreshing icons and this didn't work.
