 Daily Total Cost: $1,250,000 / day ($900k Rent + $100k Base Upkeep + add-ons)

 

 Your Daily Share (50%): $625,000/ day

 

📌Phase 1 Payment Schedule (14 Days Total)

 Installment 1 (Day 1): 625,000(deposit then move in)

 

 

 

 Stats: 5,025+ Happy (Fully Staffed + Airstrip)

 Structure: 50/50 split on 29-day lease deposit + full daily staff/upkeep.

 

 Payment Terms:

Daily payments to allow for active earning and not having to dump lump sums.

 

👤 Ideal Candidate

Daily Active: Logs in daily to train, fly, or run crimes so upkeep payments stay on track.

 Financially Consistent: Earns enough daily revenue (flying, trading, faction pay) to comfortably pay ~625,000/ day.

Good Communicator: Lets me know in advance if real life gets busy and prepays their upcoming week’s installment before going inactive.
