Our pay and bonus system is designed to reward employees who stay active, rehab regularly, and help the Music Store perform at its best.
Employee Pay
Employee pay is directly tied to the company's performance.
• When company sales increase, employee pay may increase.
• When company sales decrease, employee pay may decrease.
• Pay may also be adjusted based on company income and overall performance.
• As the Music Store grows and earns more stars, the goal is to continue improving employee pay.
This system allows employees to share in the company's success while keeping payroll sustainable during slower periods.
Bonises
Bonuses will be awarded to employees who consistently contribute to the company.
Priority for bonuses will be given to employees who:
• Stay active and reliable.
• Rehab regularly and keep addiction under control.
• Maintain strong employee effectiveness.
• Follow company policies.
• Help the company maintain strong sales and growth.
Bonuses are earned and are not guaranteed. Bonus amounts will be determined by the Director based on company performance.
