TC Recruitment - Built by a New Player, Made for Torn Recruitment

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a project I have been working on: TC Recruitment.

I am still new to Torn. I have only been playing for around 12 days, so I know I still have a lot to learn. But one thing I noticed early is that company recruitment can get messy. Players are looking for companies, directors are looking for employees, messages get missed, and good matches can be hard to find.

So I decided to build something for it.

TC Recruitment is a Discord-based platform that helps Torn players and company directors connect in a cleaner and more organized way.

Players can create a profile when they are looking for a company, and directors can post job listings when they are looking for employees.

I also want to be honest: this is my first bot, and I am still learning Discord management, so there may be bugs or rough edges. But I am building it properly, improving it as I go, and I want feedback from the people who actually use it.

One thing I already like about Torn is that players can become known for what they build. Tools, services, guides, companies, factions — things that become useful and stay part of the game.

TC Recruitment is my first attempt at building something like that. Not some legendary project, just something useful that could earn its place over time.

Feedback, ideas, suggestions, and bug reports are welcome.
