i was looking to buy some new weapons, but in not really sure how the bonuses work. i was looking at a cobra with assassinate, and not sure if that's the best one to get on something like that. i was also looking at a dbk with penetrate, and not sure if that's the way to go on that knife. I'm not trying to spend more than like 250m on each item. Any help understanding if those are good bonuses or if i should go a different route would be greatly apricated!
