Active Lvl 13 looking for Silver/Gold RW Faction | 40+ hits / 230+ respect in our current war

I am an active, highly motivated level 13 player looking for a new, organized faction focused on Ranked Warring and growth.
My current faction is too inactive and cannot support wars, so I am looking for a better home.
About Me & My Performance:
• Level: 13 (Pushing fast to 15)
• Batlestatst 2500+ now but increasing fast
• Activity: Highly active, don't miss wars, log in multiple times a day.
• Goals: Reach level 15 ASAP, start flying, and pump all money back into my battle stats and chains.
What I am looking for:
• Silver / Gold league RW faction
• Mandatory: Faction must provide war supplies (Meds/Xanax during wars)
• Good passive perks (especially Travel Capacity for when I hit lvl 15, and Gym Gains)
• Fair war payout split (75%+ via torn stats/armasync)
