For me, it doesn't work. I installed it yesterday and could not make it works. I just updated to 0.22 and still have the same issue.
I'm on Firefox (refreshly updated) with GreaseMonkey. I don't know if it's related to my setup. In my browser console, I get this error everytime I refresh the Torn "home" page (can be a different error on other pages):
