Thanks for the reply. Regarding to adv,I compare my company income with another very similar one (no of employee, pricing etc) but that company had a lot more income than mine. Since my employee are 150% stats I believe adv is the only factor effecting our income difference.
I try to search through forum regarding this issue but I can't find (may be I overlook). What I wanna know is that increasing in company star will increase company income? For example , yesterday a company is 1 star and today it just upped do 2 stars and all the remaining factors (employee effectiveness, ad Budget etc)are unchanged, will the company income increase? Or it will remain the same. Please enlighten me . Thanks

Sometimes running a company is crazy. You will see increase in income all out of sudden when one of the inactive employee is replaced but in few days time it will decrease again while i don't make any changes. Sometimes I reduce my price to increase number of customers but it didn't make that much effect to my income. I also would like to know is there any adv budget that will trigger the income of TV company? like below 20M won't see much effect on income but above 20 will see significant effect on income? please lighten me up.

I had one employee, who quitted within one hour of joining and joined another company because of better pay. I fired one of my inactive employee for that. That guy also blocked my on chat right after he quit. What I did was put him on 10 bounty and blacklisted him. I almost felt like he joined just to spy my company details.
