Back in the day, you could vote on game and they would give you some item. played another crime game, and founded Torncity. 

So i made an account, still being young and dumb and didn't understand English that well (second language) / their where pretty much no guides. and during that era mobile phones where still prepaid and cellular costed much. especially for a 13 yo kid haha. 

so early days pretty limited play time, than years later i found it again. got picked up by an active faction who helped me learn the game. and since than played it pretty much. 

So people can buy 1 Serotonin, and use it multiple times. 

Cost managment is also part of a real war. dont get me wrong, i would love a pay increase for real wars. but wouldn't it be better to focus on the real problem and not making some temp fix? 

HoF already makes enough money, now you want to give them an extra money printer?

Hmm, i dont think soccer is the best way of splitting teams. i do not wish to play against 17yo torn players... and soccer in city's isn't that balanced. 

nor splitting a faction in teams would be great, that would just be a money grab for HOF... more team = more money.
