It's time for me to say goodbye and leave Torn behind.

I've been playing Torn for very close to 18 years, and I've had a great time meeting all the amazing people I've had the chance to speak to here.

To all my friends, acquaintances, and the Torn staff, I want to say thank you so much for making my time on torn a fun one. It's been a pleasure to be part of this community for so long, and I'll always be glad to have been a part of it.

Good luck to all of you, in everything you do.

Thank you all for your kind words. I have had such an incredible outpouring of well wishes in the past 2 days, and it has been immensely humbling.

Although I think it's time for my final click of the log out button as I end the day. My money and items have been distributed, and I'm fully equipped ready for my profile to one day hopefully be a fun mission target for you all.

Again, thank you all so much.

I'll be sure to update the wiki on how grass feels.

I very rarely post anything in the forums but I suppose I should now to celebrate.

Today, after playing torn for 17 years and 6 days, I finally hit 10b total battle stats.

I'm not at all the most efficient at anything I do on torn, but 10b total has been a personal goal of mine for many years. The goals get harder to reach but more satisfying the longer you play, and I'm glad to have enjoyed every minute of my time in torn reaching each one.

I've had the opportunity to speak to a lot of great people around torn. They have been the main reason I've played the game for so long and why I enjoy helping others enjoy the game just as much as I have.

I wish everyone luck in reaching their personal goals. It certainly took me long enough to reach mine haha.

It's not so much that it's a job or chore.

I've always had a good time playing at the level I'm used to. Slowing down and maybe not warring or chaining, not setting stat goals and pushing to be better. It would almost remove the point of the game for me and what made it enjoyable for me personally.

Taking the game out of my life entirely will just make my life easier and give me more time to enjoy my life. It's not easy to remove something that's been part of my daily routine for so long, but I don't regret my choice to leave.

We all have our small regrets I suppose. Mostly losing a bill here and there on the bookies haha.

Bump

Managed to unequip after trashing the others I had in my items. Shouldn't have to remove all the others from my items to unequip though. 

I have the pearl necklace jewelry item equipped but cannot unequip it.

When I click the unequip button it equips a second pearl necklace, and unequips that second necklace if I click unequip again leaving the original still on.

I haven't had this issue with any other clothing or jewellery items just this one.
