This suggestion is as simple as it gets. A simple BUY ALL button for lotto tickets, when pressed you spend all your available casino tokens on the select lottery.

This suggestion is purely a QOL one.
Ched has called the difference between spending 30 seconds over one 1 click a tedious balance so that people only buy 5-10 tickets, to save some for other casino games. But is this really the case though? I don't have any concrete data on it, but asking around people either buy all 75 or 150 tickets or non at all. That said, instead of buying all 75 tickets at once, with the input box, players can still choose to only buy a few, and play some blackjack after.
The idea that easier ticket buying would ruin winning chances doesn’t hold up for me. Players can already use Lottery Vouchers to instantly get 100 tickets, and use multiple at once. Bulk buying is already part of the game. Given the amounts of tickets already in each raffle, I doubt adding a buy-x option will only marginal, if at all, change your odds of winning.
As for the concern that this idea was rejected years ago, it's worth revisiting. The game has evolved, and so have its players.
For some reason, we're not able to check our or others' bazaar while we're hospitalized, jailed, or traveling (what else?). However, this information is freely available using a single API call.
A lot of people, myself included, self-hosp while selling big ticket or high quantity items in our bazaar to prevent mugs, but we also want to keep track of the current stock.
So my request for a userscript would be simple in concept: on the bazaar pages (https://www.torn.com/bazaar.php?userId=<USER ID>) the bazaar content retrieved from the API (https://api.torn.com/user/<USER ID>?selections=bazaar&key=<API KEY>). Doesn't need to look as fancy as the regular bazaar page, just a simple table with Item name (picture if you do want to be fancy), price, and quantity should suffice.

edit: So, I have commissioned the great Heartflower to create a script that shows your & others bazaar even while Torn says it's unavailable
You can find it on greasyfork to be installed with something like Tampermonkey. Works in both dark and light mode and even shows the lowest price available in other bazaars if you want to undercut your competitors.
You only need to supply the script with a Public API for it to work. It calls your API a for a maximum 40 items (can be changed in line 14: let maximumCalls = 40;) once to get the lowest price in other bazaars, and when applicable once to get the weapon/armor information.
