We are also a mostly peaceful faction that fights to defend our territory. Currently we hold 10 blocks with over 500 respect daily and are approaching 5% gym gains.
I want to turn our faction into a two tier system, where the veteran players remain to do their own thing, while also having a bottom tier as a training faction for new players. A majority of our earnings from oc's go back into the faction to buy better items for our members. My wife also provides better housing opportunities for new players
All in all I just need more dedicated players, with more players we would be able to give back more to our members.
We have Peace Treaties set up with the factions on either side of us, and have pledged their support should we ever need it.

It just seems a bit slighted that the TOP 100 factions farm smaller factions close to a 1000 rank below them. Factions that are just trying to make their way. I can understand farming inactive factions, but there still should be a limit.
