Is it possible we can have an option to enable a push notification for a new chat window that someone initiates on us?
For example: XXX sends me a chat message which opens a new chat window. I then receive a push notification on my phone/watch stating 'XXX has initiated a chat with you'
I feel this addition would make the Torn experience a lot easier and more enjoyable for all mobile users.
Furthermore, this would help with real time interactions with other users as the person would be aware someone wants to speak with them.
This minor change would also greatly assist any traders etc who predominately play on mobile.
I'm sure this wouldn't be a difficult addition to the app and it could be turned off like other notifications?
TLDR; Please add the option to switch on/off push notifications for new chat windows opened on you by another user.

"This should be possible, but we'll likely need to discuss with both Vadim (App developer) and Vysdel (Chat developer). Ideally I suppose we'd send notifications of the actual chat text, for every chat message sent, if you're currently idle or offline. I presume that is optimal and how other chat systems (I.e. Gchat) work.
I'll pass this over to Vadim first to start a dialogue."
