no issues from me... 1.5b stats fairly even on vico +50-60% in all stats
10/10 crit and life
10/10 on piercing

Issue for me as well. Reset all cache.

Windows 8.1

Both browsers are broke for drug and booster cool down. you can see time on mouse over and if you try to take a drug it will show time on items page, but when you click drug/booster cool down link it shows no time
