Separation between church and state. Territory wars will be quite interesting. The question now is how much room will be allotted for X amount of factions.
Factions will now have to contend for space. Thus minimizing fluff factions. War generates money. Torn has gotten fat. Cheds putting torn on a strict nutritional plan. He's also generating momentum. Momentum generates emotion/drama which in turn creates stimulus. Energy creates energy.
Plus I think cheds been approached by a government agency and is using torn as a psychological experiment.
