If a guy is running, then he is either moving to where he is supposed to be, or moving from where he is not.
But if you look at a single instance of time, he cannot move to where he is supposed to be because he's already there, and he also cannot move to where he is not because it is a single frame of time. Then, in a single instance, the guy is not in motion.
Since the guy is not in motion for a single instance, the guy shouldn't be moving in a series of instances, known as a flow of time.
