I rehabbed earlier today and noticed that my addiction level is still at -21 upon flying back to Torn. It wasn't a full rehab but this is the first time I've seen the level remain this high after a session -- is this a bug, or some mechanic that I'm not aware of which is keeping my levels so high?

I realize that dividends from cash BBs are not guaranteed in any way but I haven't received one from my Torn Music Industries BB since March 2016, which seems very improbable given the general consensus of 'once every ~180 days.' Can somebody check if this is bugged or broken in some way?
