So all Faction leadership must have all ran into this issue: Who should we promote to give access to the Faction money, as a "banker". Can this person truly be trusted?

Suggestion for change :
New Position option

1: Has access to the faction bank
2: Can only send the requested money if the person has it available already in the faction bank.

Ie - Faction money will be safe.
It would basically stop the negative withdraws, for all members with this new position.

Leadership and members with the normal "Money Giving" role, can still use it as it is now.
