I was just looking at the list of Fallen and maybe it's just me but was wondering if it may be worth giving those resting in peace a different title then deserter. Just seems wrong somehow to have them titled as a deserter.
Edit: Holux went through thesaurus and 'perished', 'fallen', 'vanished' and 'lost' seem the best choices.

Rent to Own!
What is rent to own? You would be renting a property where a portion of your rent is put towards the purchase of your PI. The amount you want to put towards the purchase of your PI will be determined by you! If you can afford to put an additional 1m per day towards it then you can! If you want to pay the minimum that is fine as well. You will customize the PI you wish to purchase and what you can budget. Some examples will be posted below so you can get an idea of what would work for you. The amount of time it takes you to pay off the PI does not matter, kind of. I will have more details on payment, features, and time frames below.

**The base rent price would be the minimum rent. The minimum rent will NOT be applied to the cost of your PI. ** Looking over the market recently I'd say the base rent is below average by a decent margin.
How does it works? You would select a Private Island to purchase and we would negotiate how much you want to pay per day. The more you pay the faster you pay down the cost of the PI. An example would be if you wanted to do a standard PI and could pay 1m per day $725,000 would be applied to the cost of your PI every day. If you did this each rental period by the end of 7 months you will have paid $152,250,000 into the cost of your PI. If you want to do extra payments or pay more each day you can! If you get lucky and find that skateboard you can finish off your payments early!
Why are there three different prices above? The estate agent cost is the cost to buy the property directly from Torn. If you finish paying off your house within 180 days of the initial rental that will be the total cost of your property. It is a large sum though and you may need more than 180 days. That is not a problem but there will be a slight price increase for my services. The rent to own cost is the maximum price if you take 210 days or 400. If you don't want to rent or do a payment plan option then the pay in full price would be for you!
I want to change what PI I'm buying. This will be situational as I may not have the PI you wish to change in stock. When it becomes available I'd be happy to switch funds paid over towards a different PI set up minus a 10% + $5,000,000 fee for this service if upgrading.. So if you have paid in 200m the balance would be reduced to 185m. This is to discourage people from trying to take advantage of the service. If you wish to downgrade there will only be a $5,000,000 fee.
Life came up and I no longer wish to continue. I understand that life happens and you may not be able to play for a while. I would personally recommend setting up a rental period that covers your absence. If you no longer wish to purchase the PI I will refund what you have paid towards the PI minus 10%.
You disappear without warning I will hold the property up to 21 days outside a rental period. On the 22nd day it will be made available for a new purchaser. If you return to the game at a later date you can renew your property rental with a slight penalty if one is available. Every week without renewing your rental will deduct 1% from the amount you have paid into the property. Every 30 days will deduct an additional 5%. So if you disappear for 70 days and come back 20% of what you have paid will be forfeit.

Why? Now even after typing out all of this I do not recommend doing a rent to own. You are better off saving on your own. The PIs will pay for themselves if you are active. The risk on this is mostly all on YOU. I highly recommend reading Baldr's Basic Advice. That being said the benefits of this set up are my rents are lower then a lot of others. The difference can start being applied to your PI. Why rent for 500k/day when you can pay 300k/day and put 200k towards your PI. When you are ready to buy you will already have a nice portion paid off. Some of us have casino fever and that money you save always magically disappears. This will prevent that. It can be hard to be disciplined to save money in this game. Some people will just like having what they are paying anyways going towards their PI purchase. Hello I've been trying to get the federal judge unlocked everything was ok upgrading as I got the points. Once I hit trial lawyer though and was suppose to receive 4 points a day I haven't gotten job points since the first day of the promotion 2 days ago. So I should have 12 JP but instead only have 4 and the promotion tab does not exist on the page.
So anyone here a book fanatic? Been listening to/reading a lot of litRPGs lately to nerd out since I don't have as much time to game anymore. Have finished WoT, King Killer Chronics, Kings Dark Tidings, Storm Light Archive, if anyone has any suggestions.
