let me clarify few points: 1. I'm not socializing on the game, so I rarely read and never participated in forums (playing the game is taking already enough time) 2. I do read help pages, yet not every line, and sure not pages with no quick links e.g. Gym page "that I have to search for it", specially that I know that these pages keep changing every now and then due to the changes in the game.
My issue: 1. No Sign or clear note for (no Xanax of Ecstasy taken) 2. Kick out
More details... I was kicked out from SSL, I didn't know why in the beginning, then I realized its probably because of using Xanax. I did not know that I'm not suppose to use Xanax in the first place, if I knew, I wouldn't pay for this membership, simply cuz SSL gym doesn't compensate not using xanax (simple math). My point is, I mainly started using drugs after getting the membership -NOT KNOWING its not allowed-. So sure I didn't mean this, since for 7 years I was very very low drug user. I used 16 Xanax after the membership, with average rehab every 2 xanax (every 1 to 3), total 8 rehab trips some with single rehab (some addiction might have been left), and some with double (totally drug addiction free). I was wishing to get my money back, as I sure don't want this membership even if its unlocked again. but a bit offensive staff member clarified in another thread that it was my choice.
Argument SSL membership has two unique points not in the 32 other gym, that you need to clarify inside the game, not just one small line at the bottom of a help page that doesn't not have easy access. Specially its membership cost 500M! Its the only gym u r not allowed to use drugs in it, and its the only gym u might kicked out of it.
Bottom line Please, put a clear sign or note saying NO XANAX or ECSTASY, inside the GYM itself. Please, clarify about kicking out situation. Since I doubt a lot are willing to pay 500M and get kicked out.
last thing, what is the situation of kicking out, I have the gym locked again. does it have the chance to be unlocked again, how? and after how long? and if so, do we have to pay the membership again? maybe you need to make unsubscribe feature with some damage on the original fee. or maybe ppl can start trading it.

I’m a Christian person in a Muslim country -a Third World Country. for Millennials not familiar with the term: a Country that their citizens are pretty much locked inside and suffer to have a legal VISA to travel abroad to certain developed zones in the world. And when they travel, they are counted/assumed as a terrorist, a potential illegal immigrant or a second degree human, and for sorry, some do embrace these titles actually-, In other words, I’m a minority in this world’s culture and from my experience and understanding, it's never really related to beliefs. Review any conflict in the world and among history, it's never really related to right or wrong. It's a matter of power… who can and who can not, and subject to perspectives.
In this case here, I believe it's likely a Game/Reality conflict, sort of a payback or retaliation from an offensive act in the game. I mean I don’t think this person is targeting a certain belief or category of users/players. And such messages are his/her method of attacking you back. -Yet, I’m not trying to find an excuse for this person. This person has taken the matter to another level if this is the case- So the question in this part is, how can we separate reality from the game? I mean, can we really separate them? I guess the game’s rules do try to separate them, but does it happen in all conflicts/issues? I mean, still by the end of the day, whoever sets these rules are humans with options and perspectives.
In this game, Identity is a choice. You can choose the IRL listings or you can fake it out. An Israeli person can raise a Palestinian flag or an Ukrainian can raise a Russian flag. Not a must related to loyalty to his/her country. You can be male and choose to show up female, not subject to gender in reality. Some will agree and some will oppose, but We can choose or try anything the game allows. I mean it’s a game, A GAME.
This person might have a personal reason, or a general opinion. The excuse doesn’t really matter, but I know that this game is not the right place. Should we remove flags/gender/names/nicknames/age/location… etc.? So we can be just a number! Yet, we can be racist against anything, even numbers! I believe the game staff apply simple rules and would just block or warn the user subject to the rule/penalty they have set. And I guess this is the maximum fair action they can do. We can suggest solutions, but it will make it more sophisticated and would make the game lose the main idea as a game. But this doesn’t mean that we just depend on the rules. I guess we should have our own set of obligations to each other as humans.
Well, I dunno where this is warning. If there is a screen shot, it would be great. Because if this text was there, I'm sure I missed it. Please I mean warning as a text attached to the gym name, or like a graphics sign somewhere you can't miss it.
I have taken 125 Ecstasy and 10 Xanax long time back (more than a year), and Its recently when I found out that SSL was enabled, I subscribed, used 16 Xanax, then kicked out, then used 2 more since then. If Ecstasy was the issue, I don't think SSL would be enabled in the first place! (Ecstasy:125, Xanax:10 when I joined)

What closing?I guess I'm expecting another reply. right now I have a complain against the policy of the special gym (The Sports Science Lab), its none sense I lose the effort of few months just because a special case "no xanax or ecstasy taken." If I know this, I wouldn't waste the money, specially no merits on it. the roughly 25-30% increase wouldn't compensate not using xanax (simple math), why would I pay 500 mill then?
PLEASE highlight in the gym itself that you can't use xanax or ecstasy. This is a special condition that doesn't apply on any other gym, and I doubt it would encourage others to go for it. Right now its misleading!
two more things: 1. Is there a chance I can unsubscribe this misleading gym and get my fee back? specially it cost me few months of daily effort and years of accumulation, that it doesn't worth spending on. 2. why did "RatedR" ask about the amount of xanax since the unlocked?
Is there any chance I can get my money back? I spent there less than two weeks, and I didn't know that I must not take xanax!, regardless I still dunno why it was enabled in the first place
?! I have the same issue but with The Sports Science Lab, I paid 500 Millions, and now its locked again! I dunno why it was enabled earlier, specially I still have the last two gyms in the heavyweight gyms locked. suddenly now, it is locked.
I hope its understood that playing the game doesn't mean we are willing to lose the time and effort spent here, specially its a long term accumulating game.
