Great point - I popped the book as soon as it appeared in the mission store for me since it was a quiet non-warring month as well as being the first book I read since October 2022 so it was good to break the monotony :)

Looks like I was able to send money to the target after all and did get the mission completed, though chat and message is still on ignore/blocked.

Unsure if this was resolved due to this post or not.

To complete this mission I am supposed to successfully mug the provided target and return all their money back.

However, my target I have been assigned has seemingly blocked me from a very long time ago and I am unable to send them money in any event.

This means it is impossible for me to complete this mission successfully.

Should the rewards for the Birthday Surprise issue be tuned or adjusted for certain items.

I was prompted to provide a Lottery Voucher with market value of $850K and only rewarded $100k at completion.

I understand that there is a decline mission button but should the values be adjusted so that you are not forced to failed/abandon missions due to net negative outcomes?
