Likes as archived at fetch time, adjusted for how long each post had been up. Scored posts only; the full score pass runs after the import.
Bonuses:
* 10 job points per day on Strength stat gain (worth about 70E, meaning worth more then energy cans worth 4-5mill)
* +3% gym gains for all stats
* +3% life regeneration per tick
* -50% reduction of happiness loss in gym
* OR use job points for 6 hours of reduced education time per day.
The pay is those benefits :) As well as free trains for all employees with 5/5 Effectiveness, in average one extra train every 2nd day.
