This is how I achieved it:Your dirty bomb has detonated, injuring 295 citizens and severely damaging Forged Through War, decreasing its respect by 355,778 to 4,794,597.

it was from Sept 2015-april 2016. There weren't as many tools back then and I don't think anyone was paying attention. I mugged about $20b off inactives during that period. I had a 899 kill streak before but messed up and accidently tried to mug sifonjer. $200m-$400m mugging days were common. Then came missions with inactives as targets which cut into that.

same issue with blank screen when trying to attack. rebooted, cleared cache, tried a different browser, tried a different computer, tried a vpn. mobile works.

seems fine to me, other than I can't seem to get above 1.05 gain/loss
