I think it would good if new education courses were released, like many players i'd imagine i have completed them all and the education section seems a but redundant. Could even keep the same courses but add different tiers to them

Don't know if anyone else agrees but i think you should get a choice if you want to take part, for example you can opt in and once you do you get your dog tag but you cannot opt back out. But people that dont want to take part don't need to. There could be a section on your profile that states if you have entered or not
I think it would be good to have the option to block messages and chats unless either you add that person as a friend or you are in the same company/faction as them. I will say i wouldn't know the best way to implement it but i feel it should be an optional setting. Similar to the revive setting
My reason is quite simple; i get on average 2 messages or chats a day wanting me to join a faction or players saying they can beat my job pay (which no one ever has). I choose not to be in a faction and i do get quite tired of people trying to entice me to their faction all of which offer the same thing just worded differently.

I'm not sure if this has been posted before it if there is a reason for one of the job specials to be missing but how about making it a passive one for example ability to bring back X amount of items on top of what you can already bring back let's say +5 extra items?

Well theres another reason for having to opt in, it would mean people couldnt go for inactives and would actually have to "fight" to get dog tags
