Seriously how does one become an hitman ? Its not like they can advertise they services on the local classifieds, so how does one makes contacts with the underworld and goes one about killing for money? And what are their main motivation? Money, Adventure or something in between?

In case you are wondering i dont want to become an hitman, that said if this topic interests you and you have similiar questions about it please share your thoughts.

Also i will add a pool about what you think about contract killings.

thats true i am talking about a high level hitman

or maybe the French Foregin Legion ... they are a private military group, altho they recive a lot equipment from the government like chopers and airplanes.

Point made , tho i am not 100% sure about that, some criminal profillers say that sometimes the main motivation is indeed the excitment that comes from doing something illegal and since some people cant feel enoughf excitment with their lives they turn to crime, since psychopaths are easily bored , from what i understand, i think this is one of the reasons aswell

EDIT: not saying that all hitmen are psychopaths but most have traits of being a psychopath

Makes sense.... in your opinion what would a wannabee criminal that wants to become an hitman should focous first?

To me if one wants to become an hitman he/she should first of all not have a criminal record or have just a miscedemeanor so he/she could join the military and get a basic firearms training, then get bachelor degree in criminal law so he/she would know what to do to NOT get caught and then finally make a name for themselfs working for a gang or criminal organization.

I guess... but how does one starts down that path exacly? how do they meet gang members and join ?
for my understanding gangs only take people based on their race and not just a random joe, dont they? i mean i could be wrong but what i have seen here in Portugal is basicly black gangs and gypsy gang.
