When spinning the Wheel of Lame/Awesome/Mediocrity at the casino if you see the wheel slowing down to an undesirable hospital visit by Leslie I have found that you can navigate away from the lage without the event registering. You can then peform subsequent actions in game. After which you can return to the Wheels page for the hospital visit to register.
Odd Incident I found. A begger messaged me, I responded by mugging them and blocking them. Even though I blocked them their messages were still appearing in the main chat window as the pre-message text. Please see screen shots for a better explanation.
My entry for this year is a traditional Irish carved Turnip. Turnips were the original Jack-o-lanterns before the Immigrants travelled to America and duscovered Pumpkins, which were far more practical and far more easy to carve!
