I've recently realised I've hit a plateau with my gym gains. I've been keeping count of my strength increases when training with max energy, 150, and max happiness, 4525, at Frontline Fitness.

Increase: 353,276.4518
6 obstacles, 86% efficiency

As you can see there is very little variance between those gains.

Is there a way to recover the incremental increases or do stats just flatten out after a certain point?

Using Firefox on PC Win 10.

In my Enemies tab, I click on the pistol icon to open multiple attacks in different tabs. I go to the first attack tab and complete the fight using 25 energy. I then click to the next tab and the fight is already complete with my victory, but no additional energy is used. Same occurs in the third tab. I do not know if the attacks and xp are credited to me.
