We are a 10 star mechanic shop and we have one spot open. One of our guys have become inactive and would like to replace him with a serious racer. We are the reigning torn company champions. Lol. Minimum 10 manual and endurance. The higher the stats the better. Looking forward to getting another serious racer on our crew. Salary is negotiable.

This is a really good guide. Awesome job bald. But I do disagree on the suggested cars..

I dont know how to start....One night i started racing Wuggington on mudpit..Right after i first made class a..I was amazed at how fast his car went around the track..I have to this day, still never seen a car go that fast around the track..Yes i watched..lol..I remember talking shit to him because he didnt lap me..There was also a Lady something that raced alot with him..I apologize but i dont remember her full name..But anyway..I ended up starting to chat with Wuggington..Now i hate to say it, but at first he came off as a little smug..I think his first response to me was" i recognize your name..i will talk racing with you"..lol..After that we chatted about racing..But he would not give me his mudpit setup unless i paid 100 mill..I was lucky to have ten mill at that point..

Wuggington is one of the greatest racers in the history of torn..Even years after his death he is still on the record boards for top times..I feel lucky to have had him as a friend and had his advice early on in my racing career..I have tried to pass on the same advice to new racers..

Needless to say, i was shocked to hear of his passing..After probably close to a month and a half of trying to figure this out..I finally figured it out..

NIGHT RACERS Tribute to Wuggington..



We will run the 5 tracks the Wuggington still holds top times on..These are...uptown..mudpit..sewage ..meltdown and speedway..



Uptown..Sewage..Meltdown..and Speedway will be ran as qualifiers..The top five from each track will make the Mudpit finale..Which Wuggington owned..The tracks will be ran in all classes..Running all class e..then class d..etc..Scoring will be 54321..Plus 1 extra point for anyone who sets a record..At the end of qualifying..The top 5 qualifiers on each track..Get invited to race in the Mudpit finale..Which will also be 5 races..E D C B and A..And yes..The final race willl be class A mudpit..

Bugatti's are allowed..If you have a car you can run it..

Each race is 100 laps..

Buy in will be 240k per race..as NIGHT RACERS tradition..You will have to ask Tri why its 240k..lol..i dont even remember..

Not fun "detail stuff" to make sure the top 5 from each track are easily determined from the races:

1. After race 17, all Uptown classes will have been raced and the final Uptown standings will determine the first five qualifiers for the Mudpit finals. In case of a tie for first and the track champion prize (a DP) or fifth (last qualifier), the total time for all five races will be added up and the winner determined "rally style" - if not all of the tied racers raced all five classes, the second tiebreaker is number of classes raced, if still tied after that then the final tiebreaker is higher class A finish, then higher class B finish, and so on down to E.

2. After race 18, all Sewage classes will have been raced and the final Sewage standings will determine the second five qualifiers for the Mudpit finals. The track champion and DP award will be based on the complete standings, but racers already qualified in Uptown will be thrown out so the top five who did not qualify yet will qualify for the finals. The same tiebreakers will apply. In the case of there not being 5 racers with at least 1 point after the Uptown top 5 are thrown out, the "rally-style", # races raced, and highest class A to E finish tiebreakers will be applied until five racers are determined.

3. After race 19, the final Meltdown standings will be determined, with the DP going to the track champion and the top 5 racers who have not already qualified in Uptown or Sewage being determined. Same tiebreakers apply as in other tracks.

4. After race 20, the final Speedway standings will be determined, with the DP going to the track champion and the top 5 racers who have not already qualified in the previous three tracks being determined. Same tiebreakers apply as in other tracks.

Thanks Tri..That means alot to me for you to say that...406 is the two time reigning champion of the the torn racing cup..we may not be the number one mech shop...but we are number two,...but we are the number one racing crew...you can look through the torn company challenge posts to check..10 stars..so i have 10 trains to give away every day..

the skill bonus really does give a big bonus..your driver skill will go up a lot faster...i would like at least 20kman...but if you are a serious racer i will let you join...guy

Ok..I wanna run some old school NIGHT RACERS...

  There is just something that is missing from Torn, when there is not a NIGHT RACERS race..

  So iam just going to run some old school races to fill the gap..One of my best friends in this game and the true founder of NIGHT RACERS ,TriTuRaDor, is going to run some races at the same time..These races will never be on the same day..The old school races will be NIGHT RACERS OS..

  Any scoring is just 321..

  All races will be determined by a random number generator..1-5 is class 1-16 is track..

  First race is friday..Probably only about a 6 hour wait time.

  In NIGHT RACERS tradition,,all races will be 100 laps..All races will have a 240k buy in..

  All rules are subject to change at any time..lol

 

   I will start it off..

  First one to twenty wins..Gets a dp

  first racer to reach 50 wins..gets a race track coin..

  500 million from Duke..i have not decided how to use this yet..but i will probably buy prizes for accomplishments..

these races do not work because torn wants it all in inclusive,..they want it a..b..c..d..e..

yet only an a class racer would ever win..

that is kind of close to how we ran the christmas eve race in the past..only we didnt run qualifiers..i dont think without the addition of a huge prize it will gather that much attention..i dont think we would even hit 1 bill..i dont think we can plan this with high expectations..i really dont expect much more than the core night racers to participate..i dont really expect more than 36 racers in any event..

  traditionally its been a christmas eve race and then tri runs a new years eve race..

How should we run this year....it's NIGHT RACERS..

This is going to be a good race

I think you can get some suspension parts in class b  like bushings and some front and rear struts..but don't get a full suspension system until you can get the group and rally class a suspension.
