We offer drugs & points for chaining, medical items when necessary, weapons etc if needed (but who needs weapons these days?)
What we require from you:
- level 15+
- A decent NB, level dependent
- Decent stats, preferably 1m+, 5m+ unbalanced. Don't worry, we'll consider your stats individually so you can still apply if you have less.
- Chaining when we ask (not often)
- Active

Anyway, was wondering if anyone could give some good tips on how to attract & recruit fairly strong players for a small time faction?

Thanks for the advice. Not really into giving handouts since there's always someone with deeper pockets. Looks like we're chaining just now, hopefully better upgrades will attract.
I am thinking about taking a player under my wing as mentioned above, that is a good idea in the long run.
