What the hell dude? This is a goddamn GAME. I generally check in at least once a day but GOD FORBID something like a ****ing TORNADO hitting my hometown + personal issues keep me from checking Torn for a few days. Lately I haven't been doing so well health wise either so I miss a day here and there, but I still do my best to get on. I've been a part of this company for 1,190 days. Thats longer than ANYONE ELSE CURRENTLY IN THE ****ING COMPANY. You think I have any intention of leaving?? I would've LEFT already!
You need to chill. Things happen. It's one thing if some new hire is trying to scam you but you don't treat your ****ing veterans like this. This is a GAME, sometimes RL happens and you can't get on for a few days. Sometimes work is hectic and you forget. This is a game, not a goddamn religion. I'm glad this is just a game because if you were a IRL boss you would be total and complete shit. This is like the boss who screamed at me for calling out the day my house flooded and I was pumping water out and trying to save my shit by myself.
Communication works both ways too. This director is a harasser. I joined the company under a different director, and things were pretty cool until recently. I don't think honest communication is going to work with someone who can't even speak proper english, posts harassing threads like this, and constantly mugs and attacks their employees. I have no respect for that. If he approached me like you did in this post I would be more understanding. I was in a company before that had a problem with me skipping even ONE day and I left because that wasn't gonna work for me. I also went a long time in this company without being bothered if I missed a few days. Then suddenly I'm getting attacked and harassed for it. That kinda deserves an explanation when you've been in the company 1000+ days and suddenly its a problem.
But I'm washing my hands of this. Obviously he can't be understanding of real life issues sometimes getting in the way of a little game and ability to log on. Thats fine, I left. I get your point too, you just have to find what works for you and your own situation.

The text kinda kills both these pieces. I do like the effects on both of them, though you don't really need the animation on the second one. It blends in so well with the bg it's hard to see. Did you just overlay a bunch of patterns on the first one?? I do like the look of it.
