Hello! I have an idea. Since it's quite annoying to pay the upkeep on a regular basis as I always tend to forget it every now and then.
So my idea: Instead of paying the upkeep, you simply just transfer money to "the Property Account". That way you can transfer like 1 years of fee, and then you don't have to think about pressing "pay" anymore.
It should also have a reminder that is sent to the mailbox, when there's below "xx amount of money" on the account (user decides how much).
This would be a safe way to store cash - unless your staff steals from it. However, it should be with no interest unlike the ordinary bank accounts.
It would atleast make my life easier. My idea is very basic, and I'm sure it can be improved.
