If I manage to get a "The Sports Science Lab" gym membership and use xanax, will I lose the gym membership?

So i'm doing a mission where I have to fight this guy 3 times, and I was just wondering what is the way to leave them, that will be the shortest hospital trip for them so I can finish this mision fast?
