Maybe new city finds system is more realistic (since you're really finding them while "walking" through city) but kinda unpractical for folks with little time/not good observation skills/broken mouse etc., not mentioning spending hours for looking something tham may not be spawned. Actually, it makes awareness merits useless for some part of community.

I have 2 bad news to OP:
1. Old Torn won't return. This one isn't flawless, but I believe Devs will constantly remove all problems.
2. You cant have negative score.
