When I created BB house in Torn, back in the day, there was never an entry fee. I personally paid the winner out of my own cash. I screened the players and chose the houseguest, hand picked. There were certain qualities that I was looking for, aside from active. They had to have a great personality and presence in the game. They had to be competitive. They had to be able to type a complete sentence without using slang and have brains. Being active daily, was a huge part of it. The winner won a lot of money and runner up got a small money prize. Competitions were planned out long before the game started, and were not easy. There was a head of household competition and a veto competition. It was not financed through Ched. I put in countless hours each year, to make this work. If you do it....do it right and be in it for the long haul. It isn't as easy as it seems. Good luck!
