Its the external third party potential scamming outside the confines of Torn is the problem. Torn and Ched should not be held liable for some possible dubious third party casino site etc etc. You never know the intentions of such sites and players that are seemingly vibe coding these sites to get a plate of the degenerate gambler buffet. Could be an RMT haven for some. Dont be naive to think otherwise.
Better to put out a small grass fire than hundreds to thousands of acres of a wildfire. If they arent or wont ban them.... then shut'em down now or soon. Any future pop torn casino from here on out. ban them. Update the language on Torn to state intentions on the matter that they are not allowed under any circumstance what so ever and if found out, permabanned.

No idea if players have one email or not. If anyone suspects a player with multiple accounts or breaking torn's rules, ... report them. Im sure staff today has better admin tools than they had 10 to 20 years ago.
Well seeing a player can have 10 or whatever phone numbers registered and could have a torn account registered to each number... whats to think about on why and what happens? Easy to side with an historical track record of such things in regards to possible multies, rmt'ers and such.

This game has been around for 20+ so there is a good track record of players who have RMT'd. Be it one player to a large group of players and everything in between. So it stands to reason players assumptions. Doesnt matter if it SMTH or any other group or faction or player.
