I decided it was time to divorce TheEvilOne [594346] and move on because they were being too inactive and marry matchabbtea [1859293]. Hopefully matchabbtea's life in Torn will be bright and easier.
I would say this is an achievement because I haven't really been quite active in the game either.
lile [15060] sent me a link to the forums to read and rate up, but I read it and rated it down because all options for the player to choose from 1 to 3 are rather low regardless of the time being spent in jail.

1) Most of the apps that I developed were made in Eclipse or using the Android SDK (Mobile/Tablet). I would recommend something easier like Notepad++ because you can just select the language and begin coding. 2) Since you already have a basic understanding of HTML, in your case I would learn HTML5 and some CSS/3. They pretty much go hand in hand. 4) Instead of using godaddy.com, you can always build from scratch as long as you can host an apache server by using XAMPP or through IIS.
