Now this is just an idea to be thrown around and maybe turned into something but what if when you search the city, on occasion you will find a message in a bottle floating on the shore of the water and you would be able to find it like any other item and it opens a secret little mission for you and only you or maybe there is only 100 of this type of mission before you can longer do it. Just an idea, but if there was a link in the casino to do scratch offs or if you could go to one of the torn stores like Bits and bobs or even a in game gas station where you could purchase $100, $500, $1000 and $10,000 ( or more depending on the economy in torn) scratch offs and there be a nice window that you could do them at. Or even be able to purchase them and keep them in your inventory so you could do them later just for fun.
Honestly I have a bad real life addiction to scratch offs and I feel like having outlet like in torn City to fix my craving for wasting money on them would be really nice to help me with my problem so I can waste my torn cash on it and still get my fix.

Or have the same odds as real life scratch offs, 1 out of 3 is a winner. I just think it would be a challenge to make a separate window for thousands of tickets. Might not be worth the time and effort.

Well maybe some would have a time limit or some would just be whenever you get it done but you can keep the bottles as long as u like but once you open the bottle then the mission starts. just the missions would have a time limit. Like you find a bottle and it's a message from someone in a different county located on torn, like a player who's gone inactive or something. Here's a rough layout of a mission
You see a floating beer bottle(or you can find the clear bottles, just using a beer bottle to give it more of a torn feeling) on your torn city map in the water and pick it up. Event: upon closer inspection of the beer, you find it lighter then a normal beer but the tops still on. You see paper through the dark brown tint of the glass. At this point it will be in your items as a message in a bottle and you can open it at anytime and that's when the mission starts.
The message says, Who ever gets this message I'm trapped in this room on a boat, I don't know where I am but I'm at sea, this is all I have, a beer bottle and paper, they are on there way to torn city after a few other stops, I don't know these people but they are bad. It's to late for me, just hope this might be able to end the madness before it reaches you in torn. They are after the mayor, something about he did them wrong and we will get our revenge on torn. Warn the mayor of the coming storm, let him know he's on top of someone's hit list.
Then you tell the mayor and he might have another secret mission with taking care of these bad sailors. Lol this was a fun short story kinda, hope you all enjoy and as always.
Maybe you even have to wear the scuba gear to find the bottle's. these bottles could also be sold but no one will know what there selling, could be an epic mission or a crap mission with different rewards or payouts. lets get some feedback guys.

It's been the lowest price it's been in a year and around the same price of 160- 190 a share. This time last year it was 1,500 per share. Just looking for other insight on the situation.
