I am looking for 2 members to replace 2 members currently in my company that quit the game on Christmas Day.

 

Primary Stat: 45,000 MAN

Secondary Stat: 22,500 END

 

Set wage is $2,350,000 per day.

I have 6 places available for members who has one or more work stat above 30k. Pay is $1.1million per day as long as you are active. Send app if interested

Every two or three weeks I’m left scratching my head as to why one of my employees effectiveness score drops to zero.


This member does not take any drugs and he signs in daily so never goes 24 hours inactive.


Tonight his score again dropped to zero and in the breakdown it is showing him as -116 inactive yet he was last online 15 hours when profits were paid. It last happened approximately 2 weeks ago but his negative score was not as low.

Once it has dropped, it takes about a week for it to return to normal.

The breakdown for effectiveness then shows everything with a positive score. And no sign of a negative for inactiveness.

Inactive members usually end up with -8 score each day they are inactive. So -116 is equivalent to being inactive for 14.5 days straight. Which he never is or ever has been.

Any ideas anybody??

Wage will be $1 million per day ONCE the company is fully staffed again.

I will ask him if he is spending his energy.

Not sure whether this is causing the issue though due to the pattern of when it happens.

Its happened 4 times in the last 12 weeks when you take into account it’s taking 1 week before the effectiveness score returns to normal.

Interesting suggestions Hun. Jail certainly needs an overhaul. It's been crying out for new additions to the jail section for years, hopefully one day in future these suggestions become reality.
