Do they not have a test server that is used by staff and possibly committee members to play around with new features?
I would somewhat agree with you, except for the fact that respect is needed to unlock those perks and only getting the required respect from OC’s is way too slow with a low member count.
It would be nice to see a ranked territory system as well as a ranked war system.
