The Argentina - Godoy Cruz v San Martin SJ Football game has been deleted by staff because of an error, $180,000,000 has been given back to you. You can claim your check at the bank.
I asked a staff about this. He said is an error on the odds by another staff and there's nothing he can do as humans make mistake.
I get that. But....
1. Is there no accountability by the staff? Sorry and that's it?
2. If i say the same thing, that i made a wrong bet or bet on the wrong team, would my bet be refunded? After all, humans make errors, right?
I'm pissed because the bet got deleted AFTER the game is done. I actually wasted my time to watch the game. Wouldn't have bothered if i didnt bet on it, even if it's just Torn money.
And the explanation given by the staff is just plain indifferent and nonchalant. "Apologies for any inconvenience. Not much else we can say, sorry."
I'm not sure if you've ever made a bet in real life before, but if the bookmakers made a mistake, they would still honor the bet. This is accountability. Not "sorry, see ya" kind of thing.

Until the day comes when there is solid and clear evidence of their existence, I will assume they are just wild imagination, embellishment or misinformation created by our ancestors.
If you watched the animated movie Monsters, inc, the part where the monsters from the restaurant each gave their account of what they saw, I believe this is probably what happened in real life a long time ago with our ancestors.
A flying bat could be described as a 'black, screeching creature that flew in the cover of darkness".
