Sunday 00:40-00:46 min time - I was doing 100m stake Blackjack bets and during the play, the website showed error 504 page (white page saying gateway time out) and when I reloaded, I went bust several times and consequently lost 500m bets because the error kept popping up and I hit the hit more than I would have done.....Please give me my money back....

Looked for a thread but couldn't find one so I will be posting it here.
This happened at 2018/08/07 9:38:23 AM TC time and I had this on event "61,600 shares in YAZ have been sold for $3,065,154. You can withdraw your check from the bank, or wait for it to be credited to your account in 24 hours."
I clicked withdraw and the next thing I knew, I had 2.514873222 billion and I was down to 0.514873222 billion (I have lost 2b out of sudden).
Please help me figure out what happened.
