(I have decided to do web scraping to get this data

Careful with this as on the rules page it states:

The use of scripts, extensions, applications or any other kind of software is allowed only if it uses data from our API or a page you have loaded manually and are currently viewing. They cannot make additional non-API requests to Torn, scrape pages that you're not currently viewing, or attempt to bypass the captcha. If the software you're using makes non-API requests that are not manually triggered by you, it is not allowed and can be tracked.

I'm not sure how your plans fall in line with this so it might be worth double checking with someone more in the know to make sure you're being legit acquiring the data.

Also, how about being able to look at the travel calculator based on the main categories (plushies, flowers, and drugs) with a list of countries on to see what might be the most profitable country to run flowers on a particular day.

As for the guides section, the guides list has a pretty comprehensive list of guides categorized already and personally I'd check with the writers before directly including them on your site, unless you were thinking of something maybe submission-based?

Something you need to think about is how you will differentiate your site from an already well established one that uses the torn API (E.g TornStats). Combining that with the fact you're relatively new compared to a lot of players on here (albeit 1k+ days old, your stats from what I see do not reflect that age, forgive me if I'm wrong) I'm rather questionable in how this could shape up to the established sites out there.

Something I'd suggest or even like to see from a website like this is maybe some kind of community involvement in the content. I'm not sure what form that could take but maybe trying to get a few people across a few different backgrounds of expertise from Torn to set up a kind of committee who would be able to work with you in making this come into it's own thing.

This worked for me when I had this issue on both of my mobile phones.

Yeah personally this is the order I bought my stocks in:
LSC -> FHG -> SYM -> TCHS -> PRN -> HRG
but it's up to you and there's guides in the tutorials section that go into more depth but this worked for me to get my networth up 

Looking at the profit per minute travelling (https://www.tornstats.com/flowers.php) it is often either the Camel plushie from UAE or the Panda plushie from china which gives you the most profit

I have a large suitcase and faction benefits for carrying items when traveling allowing me to carry 29 items per trip.
Panda plushies in china net me about 29 x $70,000 ($2,030,000) per trip and that's only 6 hours total. So you would barely make profit getting 2 of these in a day, and more if you can fit a third.

However, when going hard on training you shouldn't expect to be making much money unless you've got some passive income sorted so personally I'd recommend stacking up on some stocks and bank investment so the passive income average per day pays off that training costs and allows your flower running to be pure profit
