I propose a dirty bomb day once a year. I am tentatively calling it Chernobyl Day and suggesting April 26th. Four random territories are hit by the game itself.
Any faction hit is wiped from the map needing to earn their way back. Alternatively the territory itself could be a "death zone" unoccupiable for a certain time, with the surrounding territories around the death zone getting random effects that decrease certain stats and unable to spawn rackets. Maybe even unable to see who is attacking for a few hours.
This would make the map less static and promote territory wars again. As a side, those with more territories would have a higher chance of getting hit.
Would still spawn cesium and would affect the factions respect just as if a player had dropped the bomb.
Jerk move or not, I really don't care. Not everyone is nice on torn, and better to learn that early with just a bit of E lost.
Coming to the forums with it though is funny. You are not helping your case and just make it more worth it.

OP I'm sorry you had to learn a lesson the hard way, but Learn to clarify properly, then still know you may get scammed anyway. DSLA may have used lack of clear definition. Some people will just scam you outright.
A little script which may help if you found your way here. I made it just after last post, but just found out how helpful it was in knowing if I was in hospital or not. So I put it up for all to use.
Title says it all. Annoyed by the brightness of background on dark mode. Having issues knowing if you are in hospital. Maybe you just want a cleaner look. Simple script to turn off the background image.

Maybe we need to take the McDonalds coffee "Caution Hot!" method of communicating to the lowest common denominator. As such I would ask that Added to the terms and condition is some statement like below. Perhaps even add it to the message page itself.
"All messages may be monitored at any time for any reason."
I really don't think this should be necessary, but it seems it is.
Having this same issue. Uncertain if its a bug or a temporary change to avoid crashes from new NPC attack logs. Came to check and adding myself here since there is already complaint.
