To save time: Zoo is bad, increase company profits, specific job perks depending on job position
I currently own a zoo and I regret it immediately and I'm sure many others do too. The perks in comparison to almost every other company are honestly awful, and for the required stats needed for the job positions make it so difficult to employ people as they would rather work for a TV company and Oil Rig (where they can BOTH pay them more and have much better perks).
Additionally, the profit which can be made is bad. It seems that everyone is wanting at least 10k times their stat which drowns out the profit for Zoo companies almost immediately. Companies with bad perks (but high stat requirements, such as the zoo) have to compete with lower companies (such as sweet shop etc) which can afford to equal our pay due to their desirable perks which can offset the salary they pay their workers.
At the zoo there are the positions Consultant requiring 170k+ Intel, many other positions requiring 116k+, these drown this company into debt. These should be lowered, since when does a photographer need 116k intelligence? (Perspective: higher than a brain surgeon or Producer at a TV company).
Look at the company list of all the zoo and see how much money they make and try to work out how many of these probably make a profit, im sure this number could be counted on your hands.
There should be a trend or correlation between the job stats required and the profit which is made. So either increase the profit or lower the job stats!
Steal ketamine for 5 job points? increase happy by 50 for 1 job point? awareness and accuracy? seriously, when people with quarter of the working stats are getting energy drinks or combat stats? This needs revision. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Additionally I think there could be perks SPECIFIC to peoples job roles at companies. (Once again following the trend at the zoo). These would make it fair for someone with 170k intel to have better perks than an intern with 15k endurance.
Animal Trainer (perk) - to train monkeys to pickpocket customers [just an example]. Cashier - to steal a souvenir from the shop.
Quite a bit of this game revolves around waiting. Yes black jack is good fun and poker etc, but they're short lived games and have now been here for a while and dont necessarily require gamer skill. So how about we have an arcade area too? Here could be old classic games like Tetris, Pacman (call me oldschool), Tennis (where you can play against other players), space invaders and many more classics! I'm sure the programmers would find these a breeze to code nowadays!
Having a high score system and maybe the odd merit as reward for getting over a score (or cash prizes) would be fantastic!
I just got a natural....5 card charlie (even resulting in a 21!)....an insurance (also resulting in 21) and then won a double down (all today), however I never got the award?
do you have to do insurance AND double down in one go?

Ah okay! I feel I may have wasted your time sorry, is there any chance (perhaps) there could be a description of what each one is on the blackjack screen? Just i'm still not entirely sure then what insurance is!
The photo has been uploaded to my profile. (Just incase im being confused). Upon the dealer having Ace I clicked insurance then yes (then a little cocktail sign appears in the top left), and I won.
This is odd, I can guarantee I have won at least one of my 3 insurances. I will try and do it again and screenshot it. Perhaps it's not saving wins? Does it mention what my cards were? I'm quite confident I won an insurance with higher than 17.
