naa i just took notice of the post coz i own one and i understand that u need to know what you are doing in a company but the prices that i see in other threads/trade are alot more money for any company and the option to forclose your own company gets u a price which is probably more than them prices....all i know is the popular companys are alot more harder to rank up than the ones without competition for the average player geting it to that star level takes alot of cash so u might as well pay a little less and buy one at 5 stars but the cost pple can find out them selfs if i was selling it would obviously effect the price n il compare that to someone else with the same company n stars n will find out whos is going for less...

^ i think them prices are honestly way off..a 5* fitness centre 25m(it costs 17m to start up) n a 10* fitness centre at 175m??? iv never heard of these prices before i dont think any company at 10 stars sells that low let alone a fitness centre....i think its harder than ppl think to get a popular company up stars vs one thats got no competitions hens the value should go up...unless u have 15-18 friends willing to help u out as employees for a wile till u get ur stars up ur lookn at alot of upkeepfor employees..
