I think that health regeneration should reflect hospital time.
If you are in hospital you shouldn't leave without full health and you shouldn't have to stay in hospital if you have full health

I used to play an online game online called TheOGWars and you could buy seeds and grow the drugs in your properties. Might be worth looking in to.
