This is based on my experience using the Safari browser on mobile, First, run "Private Mode" (Incognito).
- Open Torn, login your ID (you don't have to logout from the normal mode).
- Open faction chat or send something to your friends. At this point it should 'sent' the messages.
- Change back to normal mode and voilaaa, all works now (at least for me)
Give it a try! :)

Here's the screenshot. There's also problem while expanding my faction war tab. All members disappeared. I'm using Safari on iOS.
